I was discussing this with some dudes while we were working out...its like take rock or country music..there are guys who are like 45+ doing big things in big arenas and still sellin like 300k firstweek...while hiphop artist are put in this box that once they turn 32 its over and they need to get out and make room for new blood...pfffttttttt...hiphop is the only genre where this is the case and its wack...if rakim dropped a album right now(7th seal where art thou? Lol)he'd be hard pressed to sell 10k....while sting could drop one and prolly sell very well out the gate...tHink about it
